This class is a PERFECT primer to starting your own practice at home. Dana and I will lead you through some yoga games and ways to engage the kids, we'll give them the floor, and opportunities to lead you AND the whole group (they love it), and Dana will get you into some super sweet and fun acro moves (for your instagramming pleasure!)
