How much of my time is this going to take?
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; If you feel like you haven’t made health + wellness a priority because you just legit do not have time right now? I GET YOU. In fact, I designed this course SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU.
Inside the Everyday Ayurveda course hub, you’ll find course module videos that are less than 20 minutes. Get in, learn some ancient science, and modern application, and get on with your day. Your workbook is designed with short, impactful, and to. the. point. chapters. No fluff. Working through each module chapter, and completing the worksheets only takes a few minutes from your week.
The routines, or habits you’ll implement are varied in length, but there’s a 2-minute version of almost all of them, to get you started asap.
Though you’ll be dripped course content weekly during the 3 month community access period, you have lifetime access to the course hub. You can go through Everyday Ayurveda at your own speed, and take as long as you like.
Beyond the specifics, here’s the bottom line: If you feel busy all the time, you NEED some routine. Everyday Ayurveda doesn’t take time. It gives you time.
Can I sign up later? I’ll have more time/money when x happens.
If you want to take advantage of the promotional price we’re currently offering, you should sign up now! (plus chances are you’ll find more time/money as a result of some healthier habits).
I have kids / a husband. Do I have to get them to do what I’m doing?
NO. Please no.
Here’s the thing. It’s hard enough to muster your own motivation toward change. Adding the stress of pulling / pushing a loved one, a kid, a friend, through this too? Not only being swayed by your own old unhealthy habits, but by your friend saying “let’s not do that today, let’s just chill and ____”? **It’s a recipe for disaster. You only need to focus on yourself right now.**
Ayurveda teaches us to start with understanding and caring for our own selves, SO we can better care for others. When you start with yourself, you’ll begin modelling better habits for your family + community, and create a healthy foundation for generational thrive.
I don’t want you to push for support from those who aren’t ready to support you. Instead, I want to give you a community of those who can. There’s a ton of opportunity to engage with the Everyday Ayurveda Facebook community and take advantage of the traction here. We’re 85% more likely to reach our goals when we lean on the right people for support and joint celebration. These are your people.
Is this a diet plan?
A common misconception is that Ayurveda is all about your diet. And for sure, Once I know about you and your mind/body type or dosha and what imbalances you have, I can provide you with a very specific list of what to eat and what not to eat to support you.
… I don't know about you but I've never been able to follow one.
The Everyday Ayurveda course isn’t about your diet. It’s about your life. The whole thing. It’s about creating routines that have you waking each morning with energy and mental clarity, and winding down your evenings with a sense of gratitude and calm. Ayurveda is a holistic science. We’ll talk about your relationship to food, as we talk about your relationship to absolutely everything else you have going on.
Would it be easier to just see someone 1:1?
The way holistic health practitioners often meet with clients is largely based on the western medical model for care:
- Book an appointment when you feel not great.
- Receive a list of recommendations. A natural health practitioner will likely provide you with recommendations for lifestyle, movement, diet, and herbal supplementation.
- Go away and implement these things on your own, feeling unsure of when or why or for how long.
- Make another appointment when you’re feeling not great again.
Though I do take 1:1 clients (on a longer commitment basis), Instead of assessing your issues, and prescribing change, I want to put your well-being into your own hands, and give you the education to do assess your own needs. Everyday Ayurveda gives you the tools, and teaches you to implement them as needed, WHEN needed, for whole body health daily.
… because as much as I’d love to take your money, it would make me happier if you didn’t need another appointment.

Since these factors differ for each individual, we cannot guarantee your success or results. Everyday Ayurveda is not a “get healthy quick” scheme. Forever thankful for the day Carly and her free class came across my news feed! And for ALL of you in this group that have made this the BEST fb group I have ever been in! As much as I enjoyed the nutritional/dietary side to this, I received the most freedom from taking time for ME, doing things for ME and being present in my feelings instead of doing other things to avoid them! Looking forward to continuing the journey in Everyday Ayurveda
