It's such a beautiful experience; being a woman. There's so much that life has to offer us. Education. Careers. Becoming a mom, finding that purpose, fostering the growth of a miniature you.

But as the months and years pass, we can get disconnected from ourselves.  There's a lot going on. Constant changes to routines, high expectations of ourselves and others, the need to be EVERYTHING, can leave us feeling less than awesome at the end of the day.

.STRUCTURE IS EVERTHING.

I want to provide you with the tools necessary for maintaining your health and well-being, and in turn, raising healthy, mindful kids, or supporting the well-being of your loved ones.

Because sometimes it doesn't come easy. For moms, having never really restored ourselves after childbirth, we're quick to run out of steam. We're parenting in a fog, and out of energy to put toward the other callings in our lives. We feel depleted - not enough time for ourselves, not enough time for our relationships, and the time spent with our kids feels less than quality. The same feelings come to women who are burning the candle at both ends; lacking work/life balance. 

The habits I teach in this program are not new. This is 7,000 year old science.

Quite likely you've heard a lot of it before; there are very few secrets here.
But it's the structure, the scaffolding, the means to the end, that leads to transformation.
The very deliberate stacking of the habits as laid out in this program create a beautiful step by step journey to massive results.

.clarity is vitality .

I will offer straightforward rules on when to do what and how to make it automatic (a.k.a turn it into a habit, a.k.a do it without thinking about it). It's not about new fads or amazing secrets. It's about taking what you probably already know (somewhere, deep down); what your body is longing for, and learning how to actually apply it ALL to your life, in a way that MAKES YOUR LIFE EASIER, NOT HARDER.

Sure, we know the basics of how to lead a healthy life. We've read the articles, heard about the latest trends. We plan to get started on that new diet/exercise routine... as soon as things slow down.
But information doesn't equal transformation, and we're overwhelmed by all the information.
