I have been diagnosed with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, emotional disregulation disorder, PTSD, and 30 years of binge eating disorder. I had tried multiple pharmaceuticals, physio, chiro, massage, acupuncture, cupping, exercise programs, elimination diets, therapy, blood analysis, DNA health testing. Some of these helped a bit but nothing really got to the root of the problem.
So far I have completed four modules of Everyday Ayurveda, and the results are life changing.
I’ve reduced my pain medication, am sleeping restfully and waking with way more energy.
I am partaking in daily self-care and self-love practices. My mind is clearer, and I am able to respond to challenges rather than being reactive. I’ve released over 20 pounds and that’s the least interesting change that has happened. Now I actually do not believe I have half of the diagnoses that Dr’s have given me. After almost a lifetime of binging, I no longer have the urge to do so. A year ago I did not want to be here, and now I am excited to see where my life leads! This course is the best gift I have ever given myself, and it is the gift that keeps on giving!

I decided to join Carly Banks’ Everyday Ayurveda course when I got fed up with having digestion issues. I had tried specific diets and treatments, but nothing seemed to work. Signing up was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
I’ve done a lot of personal development over the years, and Carly’s approach fit seamlessly with my other beliefs and actions. Her content was relatable and easy to incorporate.
A few small lifestyle changes resulted in a loss of 16 pounds in 3 weeks. This has been a bonus. The real win is that my digestion is returning to normal. It took me awhile to figure it out, but with Carly’s help, I now feel amazing.
My body continues to respond favorably to being treated with more respect. It continues to shed weight that it doesn’t need.

Ayurveda has been calling me for years and although I have dabbled in trying to learn it myself, I have always been unsuccessful at sticking with it. About 2 years ago, I heard about Carly’s program and something inside me was truly peaked. Fast forward 2 years, lots of stress, lots of using food to numb emotions and an opportunity to do the 10 day detox was came into my world. Although I didn’t follow it religiously, it was truly shifting! AND!!!! It was one of the first times in my life when it came to food, nutrition, and self care that I was compassionate with myself even when not following the plan fully.
