Making weekly use of your "healthy food" appliances, the juicer, high speed blender, and dehydrator, is easy! I'll be sharing my weekly steps to ensuring I'm never left staring into the fridge, or grabbing for the wrong foods.
We'll be making:
Crunchy quinoa (awesome salad topper)
Roasted veg soup
Roasted veg quinoa bowls
Fresh pressed green juice
Greens powder for smoothies
Carrot Coconut muffins (sugar free gluten free)
Beet Chocolate muffins (gluten free and sugar free - except for the choc chips)
and if there's time... my special homemade chocolates (sugar free with a secret spicy touch!)
The process is easy and oh so repeatable. And the food is DELISH!

Part 1 - Find Your Ground.
Shake off the winter, re-connect to the earth. Clear your head with a refreshing walk, forest bathing and earthing exercise.
Part 2 - Find Your Vision.
A visualization/manifestation ritual, followed by your search for and creation of a custom wall hanging or dream catcher.
What to bring.
Weather appropriate attire (layers recommended). Bring some water, and if you wish, a light blanket or towel as we will spend time sitting on the forest floor.
