A 12-week course for getting the basics back: sleep, movement, food, breath, routine
The last few decades of wellness industry fixes didn't fix you. They trained you to hyperfixate on things that don’t matter.
The core needs of your body are sleep, movement, food, and taking breaths deeper than the top of your chest. If you don't have those four, then supplements and random wellness equipment are just an expensive band-aid.
The problem isn't that you haven't found the right trend yet. It's that you've been layering solutions on top of a foundation you never built.
Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of self-knowledge from India. It teaches you to care for your body, steady your emotions, and clear your mind through small, daily practices: how you sleep, eat, move, and structure your day.
Not to optimize yourself or become someone new,
To come home to the body you already have.
In this course, you'll use simple Ayurvedic principles to stop overriding the signals that you’re running on empty, and start caring for yourself in a way that actually fits your real life.
The results are staggering! I have only been in the program for 4 weeks, but I feel better in every way! I am ready to take on the day after my morning “routine“ and continue to accomplish more throughout the day. I highly recommend this amazing program!
The Habits brought beauty back into my life. Everyday, I'm learning more about self-love. My body is cleaner, my mind is clearer.
A few small lifestyle changes resulted in a loss of 16 pounds in 3 weeks.. This has been a bonus. The real win is that my digestion is returning to normal. I feel amazing.
No more diet mentality. No more feeling exhausted all day and then not going to bed when it's bedtime. No more saving reels about protein maxxing and cortisol cocktails while you forget what grass feels like.
This course isn't a system for optimizing or reinventing your body. It's a way back to the body you already have. Small daily shifts in how you sleep, eat, move, and breathe so you feel fully, obnoxiously alive in this one and only life.
Breathwork, massage, and actual quiet. Because you're a human and your nervous system is begging for it.
Wake up clear, with energy that lasts through the whole day. By evening, you're tired in the good way, not the kind of tired that feels like collapse.
Step away from exercise culture. Move because it feels grounding, expressive, and good, not because you have to earn your dinner.
Let stress move through you instead of setting up camp in your jaw, your gut, and your insomnia.
Because you weren't made to be managed. You were made to feel alive.
The wellness industry has spent years teaching you to outsource your body. Track it, optimize it, hack it, fix it. We are not a freaking problem to fix. Your body just wants to be lived in.
Short video lessons with Carly that show you what to do. I'm not teaching theory for theory's sake. We're making small, daily shifts around your sleep, food, movement, breath, and routine that make you feel human again.
A 140-page magazine-worthy course guide that teaches you the heart of Everyday Ayurveda without keeping you glued to a screen. Read it on the couch, in the bath, or while your coffee brews. It’s the full practice, laid out in plain language, and you'll be coming back to it again and again
Ayurveda is individualized medicine, meaning nothing (not even salads) is one-size-fits-all. I'll show you which health trends actually make sense for your body, versus which ones never would have worked for you in the first place.
I love sour cream and onion potato chips, Reese's peanut butter cups, scrolling on Instagram, and buying myself cute things online.
I'm a human being, and I get caught up in the indulgences of our culture.
The world is such an overwhelming and busy place that it's easy to overdo it. And the more women I talk to, the more I realize how many of us are living this way.
It's why I do this work.
To remind myself what it's supposed to feel like in my body. To get back to eating food that gives me sustainable energy instead of spikes and crashes. To stop overstimulating myself right up until bedtime and let my brain have some quiet space.
Because sometimes we get so used to feeling exhausted and overwhelmed that we forget how good we could feel.
*I'm a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and I've spent over a decade helping women stop outsourcing their bodies and start trusting them again. But mostly, I'm someone who needed this work myself.

I These are basic yet profound habits that we as a society have strayed away from and instead neglect ourselves until we reach a breaking point and cause ourselves dis-ease.
Everyday Ayurveda consists of 8 Simple and to-the-point Modules that help you implement the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the world’s oldest documented form of medicine, into your everyday life.

Improving digestion for more energy + less stress
Better sleep + evenings that help you unwind
Simple morning rituals for a more energized day
Movement that feels good for your body + your energy
Eating well for your body, without another diet
Caring for your senses + soothing your nervous system
Making room for stillness, without forcing yourself to sit still
Daily habits that support you through every season of life
You don't need another new thing to add to your wellness routine. But as you start to understand your body through the lens of Ayurveda, you'll find there are so many ways to use that knowledge to care for yourself.
These four bonuses give you a few more tools to explore, whenever you need them.
Because a lot of us are in that perimenopause and menopause window.
As your hormones change, you're going to experience some side effects. Poor sleep, hot flashes, brain fog, mood swings, and changes in your energy are all common.
There are Ayurvedic lifestyle practices that can help support specific symptoms and some of the common issues that come up with changing hormones.
I'll show you what those practices are, so you can decide what makes sense for you, whether that's alongside the medical care and hormone therapies you're receiving from your doctor or simply as part of your everyday routine.
Because you shouldn't have to wait for a retreat to receive that kind of care.
The picture-perfect yogic lifestyle on Instagram looks like it belongs to women who are chronically on some kind of destination retreat.
And as wonderful as that sounds, most of us are working 9-to-5s, raising kids, and trying to keep up with everything else life throws at us.
I don't want to have to wait until some day when I'm on a retreat to receive that kind of care. I want to be able to give it to myself at home, anytime I want.
I'll show you the traditional Ayurvedic spa therapies that are easiest to do at home, so you can give yourself a spa day even when you don't have the time or money to go to one.
Fasting isn't for everyone.
There's so much language on the internet about intermittent fasting, and unfortunately, a lot of it can lead to unhealthy binge-and-restrict patterns.
Ayurveda teaches that fasting is a very individual practice. What works beautifully for one person might be completely wrong for another.
In this guide, I'll show you who fasting is for, who it's definitely NOT for, and how to find the best meal spacing for your unique body and digestion.
Twice a year, we remember what it feels like to be human.
It's easy to get caught up in the desires of our culture. It happens to me too.
We start relying on caffeine, doom scrolling, convenience foods, and burning the candle at both ends to get through our days.
So every six months, in April and October, we take ten days to come back to the basics.
We eat super nourishing, nutrient-dense food. We get good sleep. We make time for quiet. And we remember what it feels like to be fueled by those things instead of constantly running on empty.
And we do it together, with a community of people who make the whole experience easier and a lot more fun.
You'll get two passes to use however you like.
Join me for both the April and October cleanses and enjoy a full year of seasonal resets, or come to the next cleanse and give your second pass to someone you love.
This program isn't here to cancel your supplements, your vibration plate, or your cold plunge studio membership. It's here so the basics are handled first, and everything else becomes a real choice instead of a desperate fix.
Without sleep, real nourishment, movement that fits your life, and a nervous system that can actually rest, everything else is an expensive band-aid.
Get the basics right, and those other things become optional, and fun if you like them :)
Forever thankful for the day Carly and her free class came across my news feed! As much as I enjoyed the nutritional/dietary side to this, I received the most freedom from taking time for ME, doing things for ME and being present in my feelings instead of doing other things to avoid them! Looking forward to continuing the journey in Everyday Ayurveda
Ayurveda has been calling me for years and although I have dabbled in trying to learn it myself, I have always been unsuccessful at sticking with it. About 2 years ago, I heard about Carly’s program and something inside me was truly peaked. Fast forward 2 years, lots of stress, lots of using food to numb emotions and an opportunity to do the 10 day detox was came into my world. Although I didn’t follow it religiously, it was truly shifting! AND!!!! It was one of the first times in my life when it came to food, nutrition, and self care that I was compassionate with myself even when not following the plan fully.
Carly’s style and approach to teaching was a no-brainer for me to know that this is what I truly need and have been asking for in my life!
I’m super grateful to be here and be on this journey
The Everyday Ayurveda Course has rekindled the joys and simplicity of Ayurveda for me. Carly Banks and her gentle but powerful course reminds me to fall in love with myself every day with small choices along the way. Carly"s enthusiasm, authenticity and vulnerability as she walks alongside is just beautiful. She shares all of the knowledge, skills and tools so generously, with a huge dose of keeping it real. I have so many new ideas to play with and am very thankful to have completed the course. For anyone thinking about joining The Everyday Ayurveda Course, you ARE SO WORTH IT You and your people around you will benefit so much. Heartfelt thanks
Love the gentle support and well planned, yet flexible, approach! I’ve gained an invaluable grounding set of habits, some of which I carry with me and others that I return to whenever i need to. Carly is a wonderful leader, authentic and genuinely supportive, and skilled at creating materials and processes (out of age-old wisdom) that help us live our best lives!
Carly is an incredibly down to earth realist that breaks down ayurveda from mysterious to achievable. She understands the challenges of every day life and incorporates working through them along side adopting these self loving philosophies in order to enhance your life goals. Maybe you need to feel better about you, maybe you need to start a new career, perhaps you want to change your parenting/partnership style. I've lost 10 unwanted pounds, gathered some new eating tips and habits and am loving the insight into tasty, plant based eating. THANK YOU CARLY for returning my appreciation for life back to me!
Before I began Everyday Ayurveda, I was run down, low on energy and mental clarity. I needed to hit reset.
This program was exactly what I needed.
I can proudly say that aside from being so much healthier, losing weight and being more at peace with my body, I am also now working at my peak with excitement and determination to break through my past goals and reach higher and deeper.
I am so grateful to Carly for this priceless and unexpected gift
This program literally saved my life. I am a single mom, with a career and a small business, I gave up on finding “balance.” Then came Carly. I have started several programs here and there and never seem to complete them and feel like I failed. So, I give up. Carly let me know right from the beginning that we are not seeking perfection and was there for me every step of the way.
I look forward to each new habit and work through them at my own pace.
Carly is the most dynamic facilitator I have worked with. She is funny, supportive, kind and passionate. I highly recommend this program to everyone
I have been diagnosed with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, emotional disregulation disorder, PTSD, and 30 years of binge eating disorder. I had tried multiple pharmaceuticals, physio, chiro, massage, acupuncture, cupping, exercise programs, elimination diets, therapy, blood analysis, DNA health testing. Some of these helped a bit but nothing really got to the root of the problem.
So far I have completed four modules of Everyday Ayurveda, and the results are life changing.
I’ve reduced my pain medication, am sleeping restfully and waking with way more energy.
I am partaking in daily self-care and self-love practices. My mind is clearer, and I am able to respond to challenges rather than being reactive. I’ve released over 20 pounds and that’s the least interesting change that has happened. Now I actually do not believe I have half of the diagnoses that Dr’s have given me. After almost a lifetime of binging, I no longer have the urge to do so. A year ago I did not want to be here, and now I am excited to see where my life leads! This course is the best gift I have ever given myself, and it is the gift that keeps on giving!
The Everyday Ayurveda program is a game changer! For the last 20 years, I have worked to improve myself physically, emotionally and spiritually. Everyday Ayurveda is easy to incorporate into your day to day living and the results are staggering! I have only been in the program for 4 weeks, but I feel better in every way! I am ready to take on the day after my morning “routine “ and continue to accomplish more throughout the day. I highly recommend this amazing program!
I have been searching for the right word to properly express my invaluable experience with Carly and the Habit. The one word that leaps out to me is ‘transformational’
I have overcome many of my mind doubts and fears and for the first time I can see without distraction what I really want and with clarity how I feel. I’m seeing a total polarity to what my life looked like. Never again will I believe I cannot achieve.
The lessons and teachings are well laid out in this program; you can go at your own pace and take the time you need. I’m a ridiculously slow learner so for me it has been a total breath of fresh air - I believe it is no coincidence that I stumbled across Everyday Ayurveda, It came at a time in my life where I wanted to make a big change but I just didn’t know how. So, if you’re on the fence and you’re not sure – Trust me, make the leap. It might be the best thing you do! Life knows exactly what you need when you need it and maybe you just need Everyday Ayurveda.
Sending the biggest love humanly possible. Thank you Carly
On this Ayurvedic journey, I found cohesion, compassion and fulfillment like never before. The yoga thing, the meditation thing, the herbal tea thing... They were all just "things", before I stepped on this path and it all started to make sense, to have a true meaning, a purpose.
The Habits brought beauty back into my life. Everyday, I'm learning more about self-love. My body is cleaner, my mind is clearer. This course should be mandatory!
I decided to join Carly Banks’ Everyday Ayurveda course when I got fed up with having digestion issues. I had tried specific diets and treatments, but nothing seemed to work. Signing up was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
I’ve done a lot of personal development over the years, and Carly’s approach fit seamlessly with my other beliefs and actions. Her content was relatable and easy to incorporate.
A few small lifestyle changes resulted in a loss of 16 pounds in 3 weeks. This has been a bonus. The real win is that my digestion is returning to normal. It took me awhile to figure it out, but with Carly’s help, I now feel amazing.
My body continues to respond favorably to being treated with more respect. It continues to shed weight that it doesn’t need.
There is lots of room for individual choice with this program. It’s not a one size fits all solution. I continue to incorporate many of the habits into my life and suspect that they are here to stay.
"I have tried many things over the years to "feel better" - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually - and never before has any technique really stuck. Carly has presented her course material in a way that breaks down new healthy, self-loving habits into small, digestible parts that can be easily incorporated into any lifestyle over time, no matter how busy or overwhelmed you may feel right now. Since starting the course two months ago, I already feel more rested, balanced, healthy, active, joyful and centered - a sharp contrast to my former angry, flustered, anxious, burnt-out self!
So to every woman who is saying those unkind words to herself in the mirror, who feels like they are not "enough", who is living like anything less than the true goddess that they are ... this course is for you. I promise you are MORE THAN enough, and you deserve to discover that!
Carly is a knowledgeable, hilarious, relatable, kind, brilliant soul who can help you discover that beautiful true "self" that has been there all along. Carly, thank you for sharing your gifts with the world, and for changing my life!"
Folks are out here on the internet making 'the simple life' about going off-grid, getting cows, and baking your own bread.
If you have a 9-to-5 and a family, that version is a fantasy.
"But they aren't wrong about the medicine.
Going back to the basics, sleep, real food, movement that fits your body, and a daily rhythm you can actually keep, is exactly what most of us need.
You don't need mittfuls of supplements or to track your macros.
You don’t need an acreage or to ‘live off the land’.
You need a foundation that works in your real actual life as it is right now.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; If you feel like you haven’t made health + wellness a priority because you just legit do not have time right now? I GET YOU. In fact, I designed this course SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU.

NO. Please no.
Here’s the thing. It’s hard enough to muster your own motivation toward change. Adding the stress of pulling / pushing a loved one, a kid, a friend, through this too? Not only being swayed by your own old unhealthy habits, but by your friend saying “let’s not do that today, let’s just chill and ____”? **It’s a recipe for disaster. You only need to focus on yourself right now.**
Ayurveda teaches us to start with understanding and caring for our own selves, SO we can better care for others. When you start with yourself, you’ll begin modelling better habits for your family + community, and create a healthy foundation for generational thrive.
I don’t want you to push for support from those who aren’t ready to support you. Instead, I want to give you a community of those who can. There’s a ton of opportunity to engage with the Everyday Ayurveda Facebook community and take advantage of the traction here. We’re 85% more likely to reach our goals when we lean on the right people for support and joint celebration. These are your people.
A common misconception is that Ayurveda is all about your diet. And for sure, Once I know about you and your mind/body type or dosha and what imbalances you have, I can provide you with a very specific list of what to eat and what not to eat to support you.
… I don't know about you but I've never been able to follow one.
The Everyday Ayurveda course isn’t about your diet. It’s about your life. The whole thing. It’s about creating routines that have you waking each morning with energy and mental clarity, and winding down your evenings with a sense of gratitude and calm. Ayurveda is a holistic science. We’ll talk about your relationship to food, as we talk about your relationship to absolutely everything else you have going on.
The way holistic health practitioners often meet with clients is largely based on the western medical model for care:
