What can you Expect from a 30 minute chat with me?

30 minutes is a great amount of time to get to know someone. I’m here to listen, and let you feel heard. I’ll tell you my stories too, because likely yours will sound like mine in some way. We’ll chat and probably laugh and maybe cry together too (it’s good to just jump into all the feels with strangers. I love it).

We’ll talk about your experience with different products, programs, coaches, diets etc, and about what’s worked and what hasn’t, so we can get an idea of whether working together would be effective for you.

And I’ll give you some detail on the Habits of the Real You program, namely how it’s structured, to see if it’s something you feel “YES” type feels about. We’ll talk about the type of work we do, and the way the content is delivered, and mine around for some of the ways you could set yourself up for success in a tribe like this.

It’s pretty unlikely that I’ll make an offer to you to join a program during our first call. I want you to know me, like me, and trust that I can provide the results you’re after, AND I want to know you too.

I want you to be able to show up and be yourself. Lay it all on the table. Let it out. Without fear of hearing a pitch. This 30 minute call is about sharing stories, and getting you some clarity. No strings. No stress.

I’ll give you the information you need to make a clear decision on what’s next for you in this one and only life, including the options of a:

  • 3 month

  • 8 month, or

  • Year long course

in prioritizing your needs first, which leads to being more creative, focused, and present for those you love.
