And I’m awesome. But I wasn’t always.
It wasn’t all that long ago that from the outside I “had it all”. The loving husband, boy and girl, cat and dog, house and picket fence, and a great career….. and I absolutely hated my life.
I had always had a bit of a cranky, critical side… but the hormonal upheaval and exhaustion brought on by the birth of our second babe amplified things in a way that, quite frankly, scared the sh*t out of me. I had some pretty uncontrollable rage. I won’t get into the details (not on our first date anyway), but I’ll tell you this - when your husband locks you in your bedroom to stop you from screaming at your three month old baby….. it’s time to reassess a few things.
I was so tired. I was so overwhelmed. I was so angry. My body was stuck in stress response, and I didn’t know how to get out of it. And it cast a shadow on our whole family. I was going down, and I was taking them with me.
Thankfully, it was right after this nasty episode that I found a few tools. and it turns out, teaching your body to chill the F out is easier than you think.
(NOTE*** I say “your body” and not “yourself” because I’m going to teach you that this isn’t YOU. It’s just your reaction to stress. You’re good. We’ll be good).
This isn’t just my story. I’ve worked with hundreds of women with some variation of an out of control stress response, and lack of presence for the things that really matter in their lives. WORK. HOME. MARRIAGE. LIFE… without SELF being placed first in line, we’re all destined for a sense of overload.

30 minutes is a great amount of time to get to know someone. I’m here to listen to your situation, and let you feel heard. I’ll tell you my stories too, because likely yours will sound like mine in some way. We’ll chat and probably laugh and maybe cry together too (it’s good to just jump into all the feels with strangers. I love it).
We’ll talk about your experience with different products, programs, coaches, diets etc, and about what’s worked and what hasn’t, so we can get an idea of whether working together would be effective for you. I’m not here to waste your time or mine.
