Going on a vacation alone is no fun. Coming home to your loved ones and describing the joy you experienced... sometimes it falls on deaf ears. And the same goes for when we're trying to better ourselves.
Sometimes the people close to us just won't be able to support us. They won't understand.

This program is designed to provide you with another family. A group of women on the same journey, facing the same joys and the same struggles. Sharing with honesty and compassion ignites the possibility for huge impact. By experiencing our struggles together, we experience progress together.

This is the backbone of this program. The support of a motivated group all working to evolve together, with me as your guide.

what's included in the one-year habits of the real you course?

  • 12 weeks (including orientation and a break week), 10 habits, repeated 3 times per year. WHY REPEAT? Because what gets repeated gets remembered, and we've been repeating the same old patterns for many many years. Accountability in repetition allows you to automate your new habits at your own pace - we'll be here to support you. Hop on the bus in the january, may, or september semester. You'll connect with others on their 2nd, and 3rd round, and experience the benefit of those who are working the habits in their daily lives, and see how all different women with all different lifestyles work their routines.

  • During each habit round we meet online weekly - You can hop on the call via Zoom web conference, or catch the replay when the recording is posted the following day, to a private Youtube link.

  • At each meet I'll provide laser coaching (one on one) on the habits/routines we're implementing that week, and details on the next.

  • Through the week you'll receive videos outlining the habit for that week, explaining the science behind the habit (the WHY) and awesome tips for implementation (the HOW).

  • Weekly challenges (with AWESOME prizes) encourage you to try something new.

  • You'll get a downloadable e-book to help walk you through the habits, a recipe book filled with easy meals you're sure to love, and worksheets to keep you on track.

  • The conversation continues on our private Facebook Forum, where you'll always be a member (access continues after your program). This is where you can share your struggles and successes in the program, ask questions on the habit between meetings, and connect with the group. We create strong bonds in this program, and in being accountable to each other, we amplify our own opportunity for growth ten fold. I'll be on the forum checking in, and calling on you to check in too.

  • Accountability Partners - we are accountable to our whole tribe in this course, but this is also an AWESOME program to take with a friend

  • In between rounds of the habits we take breaks to integrate. This is time spent finding your flow with your daily routines. It doesn't serve us to go through a program and then be released into the wind, without knowledge of what it feels like to not have constant accountability. This is time for you to find your flow and ease with your new habits, and get curious about what you want to put more focus on next round.

  • During integration breaks you'll be invited to join seasonal group journeys:

    • External environment flush - decluttering & zen spaces

    • Internal environment flush - 3 week Ayurvedic detox

    • Joy in movement journey

    • Walking the path of a Yogi - easeful living book club

    • Our relationship with money - aligning your purchases with your values

    • Vision quest - what do you want to be next

  • Your program also includes twelve, 20 minute 1:1 coaching calls over the year, to give deeper focus to any roadblocks coming up on your journey to the real and most awesome version of you.

  • All members enrolled in the Habits of the Real You program have free access to The Habit's monthly workshops, for you AND a friend. Workshops include (but are not limited to):

    • Kombucha making

    • D.I.Y Home, hair and body care products

    • Forest bathing

    • Mala beading

    • Wild foraging

    • Dreamcatchers

A year long course in prioritizing your needs first, which leads to being more creative, focused, and present for those you love.
